About Valerie
I live at the beach.
I want you to, too.
I've been in real estate for 37 years, licensed in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. My home base is Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I live here myself, so when I tell you about a neighborhood, a drive time, or a flood zone, it's not from a listing sheet. It's from actually living with it. From there I work the rest of Baldwin County, Foley and Elberta, and down into Perdido Key and Pensacola on the Florida side.
I work with buyers, sellers, retirees, second-home owners, and investors. Some of my clients are moving to the coast for the first time in their lives. Some have rented the same week here for years and are finally ready to own a piece of it. Either way, my job is to keep the process simple and tell you the truth, even when it's not the easy answer.
